Splitting the smoothie bowl into two flavours will allow you to appreciate the taste of bananas and blueberries and how well they also go together. In addition, we guarantee this stunning presentation will impress whoever is lucky to have it! 

Ingredients

BLUEBERRY LAYER:
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 50ml Almond milk
  • 20g Performance/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
  • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
BANANA LAYER:
  • 50ml Almond milk
  • 20g Performance Vanilla/Banoffee
  • 100g Frozen banana
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
OPTIONAL TOPPINGS:
  • Granola
  • Nut butter
  • Banana

Instructions

  1. Place the blueberries in a powerful blender and wait five minutes for them to soften before blending.
  2. Meanwhile, in a small bowl prepare your protein cream by mixing powder and plant-based milk (if using Pureblend, sweeten to taste).
  3. Add the mix into the blender, add the chia seeds and blend until creamy and smooth.
  4. Pour into the smoothie bowl and repeat the same process with the banana layer.
  5. To perfect the presentation, try to blend in the layers to create an interconnected effect.
  6. Top with granola, your favourite nut butter and enjoy!
