Blueberry Chia Smoothie

These tiny seeds have been consumed by humans for over 5,000 years and were a staple ingredient for the Aztecs and Mayans. Packed with fibre, protein (including all 9 essential amino acids), antioxidants, and omega-3 fatty acids, chia seeds offer numerous health benefits, including improving digestive health, reducing inflammation and promoting satiety.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Frozen blueberries
- 30g Pureblend
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 300ml Almond milk
- 2 Medjool dates
Instructions
- Blend all and pour into a glass.
- Optional: top with coconut yogurt and a sprinkle of chia seeds
