These pancakes combine rich, velvety chocolate with the irresistible sweetness of salted caramel, all while packing a protein punch. Whether you’re looking for a satisfying post-workout treat or a guilt-free brunch, these pancakes offer the best of both worlds: flavour and fitness.

Ingredients

  • 45g Gluten-free oat flour
  • 45g Gluten-free flour
  • 20g Superblend Chocolate Salted Caramel
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 tsp Cacao Powder
  • 1/8 tsp Sea salt
  • 1/2 medium Ripe banana (50g)
  • 1 tbsp Melted coconut oil (plus extra for frying)
  • 1⁄2 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 200ml Almond milk
  TOPPING:
  • Maple syrup
  • Non-dairy yogurt
  • Fresh berries

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash banana, add vanilla extract, almond milk & coconut oil.
  3. Add 2/3 of the dry mix into this bowl. Whisk. Add the remaining milk and the rest of the dry mix until you obtain a smooth batter.
  4. In a non-stick frying pan add some coconut oil, wait until it’s hot and fry the pancakes in batches.
  5. Stack the pancakes, add your favourite toppings and enjoy!
