Latte Smoothie
Protein + caffeine is a great combination for a pre-workout smoothie. We also added bananas for extra energy. Of course you can simply add a shot of espresso to the blender, but we think whisking Dirtea mushroom coffee, with Pure Via caster sugar and hot water is a nice ritual to your morning and makes the smoothie look better than a Starbucks frappuccino.
Ingredients
- 300ml Almond milk
- 70g Frozen banana
- 40g Performance Vanilla or Performance Banoffee
- ¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
- 2 tbsp Dirtea Coffee
- 2 tbsp Pure Via Caster Sugar
- 2 tbsp Boiling water
Instructions
- Prepare the Dalgona coffee by whipping all ingredients together using an electric frother until it becomes creamy and fluffy.
- Then blend the smoothie ingredients together, pour into a glass and place the coffee cloud on top. Enjoy!
