Matcha Lime Protein Balls
An energising, stimulating and tasty snack. Perfect for when you are looking for a variation from the usual chocolate taste that’s too often used in energy balls.
Ingredients
- 150g Cashew nuts
- 3 tbsp Superblend/Performance Vanilla
- ¼ tsp Salt
- 150g Pitted medjool dates
- 1 tbsp Coconut oil
- 1 tsp Matcha powder
- 1 tsp Lime zest
- White chocolate for coating
Instructions
- In a powerful food processor, blend all the ingredients together until it has a sticky crumble-like consistency.
- Squeeze it into small balls.
- Store them in the fridge and eat within a week.
