In this vegan strawberries and ‘cream’ shake, that nostalgic taste is achieved with fresh strawberries and a creamy mix of frozen banana, cashew butter, and Form Performance vegan protein powder in vanilla flavour.

Ingredients

  • 30ml Plant based milk
  • 20g Performance Vanilla
  • 1 cup strawberries
  • ½ frozen banana

  • 5 ice cubes

Instructions

Blitz together all the ingredients in a blender for around 20 seconds, or until smooth and creamy. Serve chilled after a long session on the court.
