Chocolate Orange Smoothie
Orange zest delivers concentrated vitamin C, immune support and enhanced iron absorption. Raw cacao adds magnesium, flavanols, and antioxidants for cardiovascular support and blood flow. Chia seeds bring omega-3 fatty acids, plant-based protein, and soluble fibre – supporting muscle repair, sustained energy, and gut health in every sip.
Ingredients
- 40g Performance Chocolate Hazelnut or Performance Chocolate Peanut
- 2 tsp Orange zest
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 5g Raw cacao powder
- 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
- 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
- 4 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Too thick? Add a splash more almond milk.
- Pour into a glass. Finish with a twist of orange zest and a light dusting of raw cacao powder.
- Use freshly grated orange zest and avoid the white pith, which adds bitterness.
- Raw cacao (not Dutch-processed cocoa) preserves the highest concentration of antioxidant flavanols.
