Usage
Wash thoroughly before use. Add liquid first, use the markings to help you add the right amount. Add Form protein powder as per instructions, then add ice if desired. Ensure lid is snapped closed, shake, and you’re good to go! WARNING – DO NOT use hot liquids. Hot or warm liquids may create pressure build-up causing the flip-cap to open and spray contents. Fasten securely before shaking and always open with care. We don’t recommend putting in the dishwasher. Dishwashers can warp, twist, and ruin shakers. A quick hand wash is easy and will keep in perfect condition.

Lovely green colour and design, comfortable to drink out of and definitely keeps my shake cool. Slightly large to grip if you don’t have big hands..! but saying that, it is non-slip. My only negative comment would be the measurement guides. The recommended amount of liquid for the shakes is 300ml on the packets, but there are only guides for 235ml (random!) and 500ml!!! So I still have to measure out my oat milk before pouring into the cup – that seems pointless!!!

While this shaker is good in principal it is just not big enough to fit the protein powder and enough liquid, the maximum you can get in is 400ml and even then the powder ends up in the wrong side of the agitator. I have to make my shake in two parts which isn’t ideal. also the power often becomes congealed in the agitator meaning i get lumps of powder no matter how hard i shake.

I had the old shaker (which I liked a lot) but was really attracted to this one as I wasn’t a fan of the rattling ball in the old one, could never really get the shakes completely smooth, plus noisy. This new one is fabulous. It really does shake it well. Personally I like the size better (it’s a little smaller then the old one). The green is a soft colour, looks really nice! There are so many shakers in the market but Form’s are the ones I’ve kept and use all the time. (If nitpicking, then I miss the 300ml mark, other then that, perfect!!)
Keeps my shake cool and lump free but 2 issues – 1) the marked levels are 235 ml and 500 ml – why, when we want 300 ml?
2) The carry handle means the stopper doesn’t go back far enough and it hits my glasses!
Hopefully the design team will take note.

We’re really glad to hear the shaker keeps your shake cool and lump-free. 😊 Regarding the marked levels — the 235 ml and 500 ml markings are centered around the midpoint of the shaker for symmetrical design reasons. It’s something the team chose to keep the look balanced, but we totally understand how having a 300 ml marking would be more practical, and will think of this in the future!
