As a gym-goer 4 times a week and always looking to improve my gut health, these bars are a game changer… absoluely fantastic! Light on the stomach, nutritional and hit the damn spot every time. Both flavours are fantastic. I have tried hundreds of bars over the years and nothing comes close to Form Nutrition products. The bars and the performance protein are on regular subs. I had high hopes fort these being a fan of the protein powder but sadly they weren’t for me – way too sweet and a strange dry crumbly texture.
Customer service was great though and facilitated a refund – still a waste of over £8 on delivery but that’s the risk with trying something new I guess.

Great taste without any nasty ingredients
Recently learned I am intolerant to soy products and dairy and these are the perfect alternative to my usual protein bar. Delicious and filling. Took them travelling with us to Paris and they were the perfect daily pick me up.
