Can I use Superblend as a meal replacement?
Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

Usage
Mix 40g (sachet contents) with 300ml water or your preferred non-dairy milk. If you’re feeling more adventurous incorporate into your favourite smoothie. The amount and type of liquid you add will affect sweetness and thickness, so experiment and see what works best for you. Best served cold or with ice. This is by far the best protein powder I ever tried. The vanilla taste is subtle yet delicious. If you mix it with any liquid it actually turns green due to the greens in the protein- another aspect I love, as its so convenient to have a blend of proteins and greens all in one. At lastly it doesn’t give me stomach issues – I have IBS and therefore always struggled to find a protein powder which doesn’t give me stomach pain. But this one is so gentle to the stomach that I really enjoy it! I have it in my smoothies, in my porridge and even in my pancakes. I will definitely continue buying it. I was looking for a Gluten free, non lactose (whey) protein. This has been perfect for me. I chose superblend so I could get the added bonus of greens, and meant I did not have to fork out for AG1 or its equivalent. I use the vanilla flavour as it provides much better options, when adding in additional fruit.
My go to is banana and frozen cherries, additional creatine and collagen mix with water. The thickness is just right and causes me no digestive issues and tastes amazing. Also the addition of cherries makes it a more palatable colour, as that is the only downside on its own it is a grey, which is not the most appealing on the eyes.
I also tried the chocolate peanut in sachet size and was equally impressed, so might well go for that as well next time.
If you are looking for a plant based protein that works for annoying intolerances this is the best on the market. Will definitely be buying again.
