If there is a fault or issue:
Contact us on hello@formnutrition.com and we will resolve and send you new product right away.
If youāve changed your mind:
Youāre entitled to return the unopened product to us within 14 days of receipt. Weāll still refund you if it takes up to 30 days though. Weāre nice like that. Contact returns@formnutrition.com for details.
Please note, it is in our terms that customers are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items at their own cost.
If you donāt like the product:
We want to help you not just like but love the product. Contact us at hello@formnutrition.com within 30 days of receiving your product and weāll try to help you make them work for you.
Our money back guarantee policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since you have received your product, we wonāt be able to offer you a refund.
