Apple Pie Smoothie

All the cosy flavours of apple pie, blended into the perfect Autumn smoothie, specially if you are not into pumpkins! This recipe combines fresh apple, and a hint of pecan or almond butter with warming Ceylon cinnamon and vanilla for that classic dessert flavour. It’s a satisfying choice for breakfast, a pre-workout refuel, or an afternoon pick-me-up.
Ingredients
- 300ml Almond milk
- 1 Apple (120g)
- 2 tsp Pecan or almond butter
- ½ tsp Ceylon cinnamon
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
- 40g Performance Vanilla/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend*
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Core the apple, cut it into four pieces, add to the blender with the remaining ingredients, blend until smooth, and enjoy!
