Black Forest Smoothie
Black Forest cake, reimagined as a post-workout shake. Cherries bring anthocyanin for muscle soreness relief. Raw cacao adds magnesium and flavanols for energy and blood flow. Cashew milk adds a naturally creamy texture while keeping it low calorie.
Ingredients
- 40g Performance Chocolate Hazelnut
- 100g Frozen pitted cherries
- 10g Raw cacao powder
- 250ml Unsweetened cashew milk
- 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
- 4 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth. Too thick? Add a splash of milk.
- Serve: Pour into a glass. Finish with a few whole cherries and a dusting of cacao powder.
