Ingredients

  • 40g Performance Chocolate Hazelnut or Performance Chocolate Peanut
  • 2 tsp Orange zest
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 5g Raw cacao powder
  • 300ml Unsweetened almond milk
  • 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
  • 4 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Too thick? Add a splash more almond milk.
  2. Pour into a glass. Finish with a twist of orange zest and a light dusting of raw cacao powder.
  Tips:
  • Use freshly grated orange zest and avoid the white pith, which adds bitterness.
  • Raw cacao (not Dutch-processed cocoa) preserves the highest concentration of antioxidant flavanols.
