Coconut Cream Smoothie

Coconut milk and coconut yoghurt deliver MCTs, fats the body converts to quick, clean energy plus a naturally creamy base with no added sugar or thickeners. Chia seeds bring plant-based omega-3s, soluble fibre for digestion and satiety, calcium for bone health, and a slow-release quality that keeps blood sugar steady for hours.
Ingredients
- 250ml Coconut milk
- 40g Coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 40g Performance Vanilla or Superblend Vanilla
- 5g Form Micronised Creatine Monohydrate
- 4 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth for 45–60 seconds until completely smooth and creamy.
- Pour into a glass. Finish with a light sprinkle of toasted desiccated coconut.
- Coconut milk: Use a carton coconut milk drink rather than canned coconut milk to keep calories within range. Canned coconut milk will significantly increase calories and fat content.
