Minty Chocolate Salted Caramel Smoothie
When you think of broccoli you likely don’t think about smoothies but we’re here to tell you that adding broccoli sprouts to your smoothie is something to try. Broccoli sprouts are nutritional powerhouses: a great source of protein, fibre, vitamins, minerals, and phytochemical. Rich in sulforaphane (SFN), a compound with powerful anti-inflammatory and anti-cancer properties. Further benefits include improved brain, gut and heart health.
Ingredients
- 300ml Almond milk
- 50g Frozen avocado
- 40g Superblend Chocolate Salted Caramel
- ¼ cup Broccoli sprouts
- ¼ tsp Pure peppermint extract
- Handful of fresh spearmint/mint
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients until completely smooth.
- Optional: Swirl chocolate sauce in a glass and then pour in smoothie.
