Beetroot is packed with nutrients like folate, which plays a key role in heart health. Manganese, which is essential for bone formation, nutrient metabolism and brain function. Copper, which is required for energy production and neurotransmitter synthesis. Meaning a must have ingredient for active people looking for way to fuel performance.
Ingredients
- 300ml Coconut milk
- 50g Frozen banana
- 50g Steamed/cooked beetroot
- 40g Performance Vanilla/Superblend Vanilla/Pureblend
- ½ tbsp Cacao powder
- ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients except whipped cream/coconut yogurt in a high speed blender until completely smooth.
- If using Pureblend sweeten to taste
