This one’s all about the spice, so feel free to go bigger with the ginger and cinnamon, or even add a teaspoon of pumpkin spice mix if you have it. Gingerol, the main bioactive compound in ginger, is also a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. So, that plus the greens should be more than enough to keep any sniffles at bay.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 pear⁠
  • 1/2 chopped courgette⁠
  • 2 handfuls spinach⁠
  • 4 tbsp Performance Vanilla⁠
  • 1 tbsp tahini⁠
  • 1 thumb-sized chunk fresh ginger (grated)⁠
  • 1 tsp cinnamon⁠
  • 2 cups of water⁠

Instructions

Simply blend all the ingredients together and drink immediately. For a creamier consistency, use your preferred plant-based milk.
