Who doesn’t like the great taste of banoffee?  The optimal result for this Vegan Banoffee Shake turned out to be a relatively simple mix of half a banana, protein powder, cashew nut butter and your go-to plant milk (Rebel Kitchen semi-skimmed works particularly well!).

For a creamier consistency, lose the water and opt for 250ml of plant milk, and a whole banana instead of half.


  • 150ml Plant milk of choice
  • 100ml Water
  • 2 tbsp Performance Banoffee
  • ½ Banana
  • 1 tsp Cashew butter
  • 3 Ice cube


Nothing particularly difficult about this recipe. Simply add all the ingredients to your blender and blitz. For an extra banoffee flourish, garnish your glass with chopped banana, as pictured!
