This vegan protein smoothie uses a combination of banana, almond butter, Medjool dates and almond milk. It’s the perfect sweet treat, dessert or post-workout replenishment. The carbohydrate and potassium from the banana, fructose from the Medjool dates and protein make this perfect after exercise. It’s higher fibre content means its good for your gut and will help keep you feeling full and energised for longer.

  • 1 large banana
  • 1 scoop Superblend Chocolate & Salted Caramel
  • 300ml  almond milk
  • 2 medjool dates
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
Optional
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
