Part of our low-carb series, this refreshing blueberry & mint smoothie doesn’t use dates or bananas.

Berries like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries boast far fewer carbohydrates than most other fruits, while also being rich in antioxidants that support the immune system. This blueberry & mint concoction is a refreshing, keto-friendly way to start the day.
