Matcha Green Smoothie Bowl
Bursting with fresh summer flavours, this green smoothie bowl is the ultimate get-up-and-go fuel, featuring Form’s protein, along with an endless cast of health-boosting foods including avocados, ginger, and fatigue-busting matcha.
Ingredients
- 200g Frozen avocado
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Frozen kiwi
- ½ cup Green grapes
- 1 Frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Pureblend/Performance Vanilla/Superblend Vanilla
- 2 tsp Fresh ginger
- 10 Fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp Matcha
- 5 tbsp Almond milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
Instructions
- Blend all the frozen fruit, mint leaves, and ginger in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, matcha, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined forming a paste.
- Add the protein and matcha paste to the blender, then mix and blend one more time. Serve with granola and some lime zest. Enjoy!
