I've been using this regularly before work-outs. It's a great alternative to caffeine & sugary energy drinks. I highly recommend.

Caffeine is the worlds most widely taken and studied stimulant. Countless studies show it’s ability to improve focus, endurance and strength.
L-theanine is a calming amino acid. Combining this with caffeine creates a synergistic combination, well studied and shown to reduce the sometimes negative effects of caffeine such as headaches.
This innovative combination therefore gives you a clear, calming energy boost. It occurs in nature in matcha green tea which was the drink of the Samurai’s before battle. That should be good reason enough!

Great as a pre-workout or anytime you need to get in the zone, Boost is centred around the innovative and synergistic pairing of Caffeine, perhaps the world’s best-known stimulant, with the calming amino acid L-Theanine. Improved Performance
Caffeine is an incredibly well researched performance enhancer with a greater effect when consumed in its anhydrous state (as in Boost) as compared to coffee. Euphoria (Longan) fruit and CDP-Choline
Euphoria (Longan) fruit comes from a tree native to tropical areas of South East Asia. Traditionally used for cognitive improvement, we have included a high strength extract of it in a powerful 20:1 extract. Heard amazing things about the protein and then stumbled upon the Boost supplement. I definitely run out of steam at the gym during a long session and each time I’ve taken once of these before I’ve managed to push myself harder. Great product and looking forward to trying all Form has to offer!

I was initially uncertain about any type of nootropic product, however with my current workload, daily schedule and focus on progress I thought I would try a product out and see what benefits it had.
Additionally, although undiagnosed, I suffer from a number of symptoms linked to ADHD, which negatively affect my focus and short term memory (forgetting keys, not turning things off etc.)
I tried these boost pills out and after getting through a full bottle in around 6 weeks, I can say they have, without a doubt, increased my ability focus and the clarity of my thoughts.
I am hesitant to say that this product is the sole reason for all the positive cognitive changes I have had recently, but I am 100% confident in stating that they have markedly improved my focus and that I feel a lot sharper and on point after taking one of these and that I will continue to use them.
