Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

I like that this blend has extra nutrition but like other reviewers have said it is so overly sweet. I follow a very low sugar healthy diet so maybe I am sensitive to sweet things but I ordered the chocolate peanut flavour hoping it wouldn’t be too chocolatey. Unfortunately, when I made it, it tasted like pure sweetener with a mild peanut taste. I should have checked the ingredients more throughly as I didn’t realise it contained stevia – which I know is a natural sweetener – as I really don’t like the taste. My husband who regularly consumes flavoured protein also said that this formula tasted very sweet to him so I would urge the brand to reduce the amount of stevia in this mix or perhaps offer an unflavoured option. I do enjoy form’s pure blend with no flavour so will continue with that in the future.

The combination of all natural sweeteners provides a unique flavour profile and rounded taste. But we all have our own preference on flavours, such as some of us may like bitter but others don’t. In this case sweetness tolerability varies between us. Some people can be sensitive to the aftertaste of stevia and or thaumatin. And sweetness is generally similar between all our blends. Am I the only one to whom this powder gives so much flatulence and gas? I can’t stand it at all. plus it’s undrinkable in a shake, it’s so sweet and the taste is chemical. the shake thickens too much…. really disappointed with my experience Form

The vanilla super blend is absolutely disgusting, I don’t know how anyway would ever want to try that. I had to throw away the yogurt I mixed it in because I felt like throwing up after the first spoon. I would like a full refund, I am never ordering from here again and not willing to taste any other of their protein blends.
