Can I use Superblend as a meal replacement?
Can I take Superblend if pregnant or breastfeeding?
We do not recommended Superblend for pregnant or breastfeeding women due to the added vitamins.
Pregnant women are more at risk from fat soluble vitamins such as Vitamin A.
As Superblend contains 50% and Peakblend contains 17% of the RDA for Vitamin A, we are required to include this disclaimer, since it could be harmful if you over consume the product.

I’m new to protein powder and have tried a few recently – think I’ve now found the one I will stick with! This mixes really well leaving no lumpy bits and tastes great I’ve used it in my pancake mix and they taste great too. I’m tempted to try the salted caramel flavour next.
I recently bought some Performance Protein, I was drawn to this company after seeing it appeared in the top 5 of new producers in this catagory of product.
i’m glad to report that I’m not disappointed, I bought 3 packets-purely on viewing the website, so it was a risk! great website by the way…
So this has a great taste,can be a little sweet despite being very low on sugar but maybe that depends on the diluting ,it doesnt leave any lumpy grainy bits and importantly doesnt cause bloating or indigestion afterwards which was a fear of mine.
I also really like the connection with the Family Feeding Fund. Great work -keep it up!
I recently purchased this product after getting tired of the constant bloat and headaches from my whey protein supplements.
After the first couple of days of using it, I noticed I had no bloat but a little headache. But by the third day, it was smooth sailing! I was initially surprised about how sweet it was, but I’ve now gotten used to it. I even add it to my breakfast oatmeal and bakes! I can’t wait to try the Performance Protein Blend after I’m done with my two Superblend packs!
