The Form vegan meal replacement and the protein blend have transformed my mornings and my wellness program. As a very long-time vegetarian, I have always struggled with protein sources that were authentically healthful and enjoyable at the same time. Packaging has also been an issue. Everything generates so much plastic…until I found Form. The vegan products not only taste great. They have the perfect balance of protein and other nutrients in a non-plastic compostable package. I have been ordering the performance protein powder for post workout from Form Nutrition for a while – which I love! My schedule is super busy with my day often starting at 5am and finishing late in the evening. So I needed something that was quick to make, high in nutrition and would sustain me. So decided to give the meal replacement a go and I really like – which is a surprise as I’m not really a chocolate fan! It’s not powdery, it has a lovely velvety smooth texture. I blend it with frozen banana and almond or pea protein milk – and it is DELICIOUS!!! Would defo recommend!
