As someone with limited time and trying to be more conscious of what they consume, I’ve tried several brands of meal replacement shakes. The most important factors for me are 1. How nutritionally complete it is (with a focus on macros, ~400 calories max), 2. Source of protein (I prefer vegan or a blend vs whey only), 3. How it mixes with just water, 4. How full I feel after, 5. How it tastes with just water, and 6. Price per meal. Form’s Peakblend has the best nutrition profile for me with the other functional ingredients, is fully vegan with a great blend of protein sources, mixes well with no clumps (I mix mine then stick it in the fridge to drink the next day, a bit will settle at the bottom but one quick shake and it’s good to go), makes me feel the fullest compared to any other brand (usually at least 4 hours before I feel hungry), taste is fine (I don’t think anyone really opts for meal replacements because of the taste. Peakblend is a little grainy to me but it’s tolerable). The only reason I knocked a star is because the price is double to more-than-double other brands. In times where I need to focus on my finances, I’m okay with compromising a little on any of the other five factors by buying a competing brand. That said, when money isn’t an issue, I’ll buy Form.

I personally really love this shake, I got the banofee flavour and find it super easy to drink. I use it primarily for post-work out meal replacement and it does the job, I feel satiated after drinking (which was my biggest fear given its just liquid but this drink proved me wrong) and its great knowing that Im consuming top quality plant-based ingredients, no artificial sweetners, no whey powder, just the good stuff. The texture is a little bit grainy, but lets be honest, its a meal shake, I value the nutrition and convenience above all else when purchasing a meal replacement, so it doesnt bother me. The flavour is very nice too, I would 10/10 recommend.

Starting by saying I love the performance and super blend powders. They’re genuinely tasty and are easy on my stomach which I struggle to find with protein powders.
Unfortunately, I’ve not had the same experience with the peak blend. I ordered the vanilla but it was really grainy and almost yeasty in flavour which made it really difficult to drink. May have to try other flavours or mix the peak with other blends as recommended by other reviews but was disappointed in what I received. Love the ethics and direction form takes with its products but sadly quite dubious about getting this specific product again

Have used other Form powders before but never been keen on the idea of meal replacements. I thought I would give this a go and am happy I have done. Not using it every day, sometimes for a snack and am trying to up my exercise so think it fits well for me at the moment. It tastes nice and really easy to make. Am going to try and use it in my ninja creami too as a pudding. Am very happy.
