I was introduced to Form through their Super Blend Protein mixes. What attracted me to the product in the store was the lack of added sugar AND sweeteners (sorbitol etc) as both tend to spike my blood sugars leading to a blood sugar crash leaving me fuzzy headed and generally feeling unwell.
I still found the Vanilla to be overly sweet but it did not lead to a sugar spike. In talking with the Form customer service via their web page learned the Vanilla is the sweetest flavour so I purchased the chocolate and the unflavoured protein powder via Form’s webpage to mix with the Vanilla to tone down the sweetness.
While on the webpage I discovered the Peakblend Meal Replacement powder and ordered the Chocolate Peanut flavour and I LOVE it. There was a promo at the time and I got a very handy shaker which makes for a very smooth shake.
I love having the option of a protein shake vs a meal replacement for whatever my day throws at me knowing that my blood sugars will not be drastically affected. (I’m not diabetic nor hypoglycimic but just sensitive to blood sugar fluctuations).
