Very nice, will order again maybe can do better in the tastes
I really struggle to figure out what to eat for lunch. It’s such an awkward time of day for me to prepare something, and often I’m not hungry for a whole big meal. Meal prep never works for me because I often don’t end up wanting what I’ve planned / don’t have enough stomach space for it. This would lead to a lot of food wastage. Alternatively, I would end up eating a lot of odd sorts and my blood pressure and sugar would take major dives. Peakblend has really changed my lunchtime habits and health. Now I can have a balance of nutrients and feel full without feeling like I’ve force fed myself or just had to eat. I’m using the Banoffee flavour. It’s subtle, pleasant, and tasty enough to drink on repeat throughout the week.
