Fantastic product. As someone who has studied nutrition and keeps a close eye on the quality of food intake, I was sceptical about a meal replacement option. But, the ingredients in this speak for themselves and it tastes brilliant. I like chocolate peanut. I’ve used form nutrition for a while now and their form never fails. I use Peak as a half portion sometimes just to boost flagging energy too.

Like everything form does, Peakblend knocks it out of the park for me. I love food but sometimes, with an extremely active lifestyle, you just need something lightening fast and invariably that means something a little less aligned with how I like to eat. Not anymore! It did not disappoint, I tried the banofee flavour, absolutely delicious. It took me a few attempts until I found the right consistency, I have it with half the amount of water/vegan milk as I prefer it thicker. Easy to put together breakfast that keeps me satisfied. The best part is that you know it is a good quality product with a great company behind, the downside is that the price is a little over my budget so I won´t be able to buy it as much as I would like!
