I’ve always been a bit skeptical of meal replacements, I’ve tried Huel and the likes before as I’m pretty busy & exercise a lot so getting all
my nutrition right with whole food is tough in a normal day. Most of the time I find they taste bad, don’t satisfy etc but I’m really happy to say Peak Blend is different!
I gave it a spin for the 2nd time to fuel the first 1/3 of a Duathlon as I knew it was easy on my stomach. It kept me feeling full and energised through my first 10K run and beyond! It really is an excellent choice when you’re short on time and need something easy to digest.

After trying out other vegan proteins as meal replacements and after workout drink I ordered Peakblend (meal replacement) and Performance protein (after workout with added BCAA and curcumin). I was using it for a few weeks now and my mind was blown. The ingredients were impressive before orders but the taste, consistency and smoothness is amazing and personally I like that the vegies are not grinded into pure powder and you can feel them while drinking it. Gonna try out the Superblend as well.
