I am not a regular protein shake / meal replacement user but when I decided to make some lifestyle changes to improve my general health I ordered Peakblend Meal Replacement Chocolate Peanut flavour after some research.
I have to say, I wasn’t expecting to enjoy it this much! Especially with non-dairy milks it is quite delicious and makes meal planning easier when I am on the go.
It is a relief to know that micronutrient requirements are also covered while you can enjoy a well balanced meal with a tasty drink!
I will try the Banoffee flavour next.

I can’t comment on the long-term effects as I have only had one bag, but I can comment on the short-term.
Well, first, it tastes great, and I feel good after. There is no bloating or feeling too full—I feel nourished and good about the choice I’ve made. I’ve done my research, and Peak Blend seems the least dubious in terms of additives!
I use it as a meal replacement for lunch as I’m time-poor after my daily workout. It mixes quickly, and it seems like it’s helping me cut a bit for my goals. I assure you it’s not a replacement for every meal! No matter how good it tastes! 😂
