Slow-cooked apple, cinnamon, vanilla; you’ll be running down the stairs like it’s Christmas morning ready to tuck into this deliciously comforting combo. We’re calling this one ‘Apple Pie Porridge’. Ingredients

  • ⁠1 grated apple
  • 1 tbsp Performance Vanilla
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp vanilla paste ⁠
  • 50g oats (½ cup)⁠
  • 200ml almond milk (1 cup)
Toppings: ⁠
  • 1 tbsp almond butter⁠
  • 1 tbsp apple & cinnamon granola⁠
  • A handful of fresh blueberries⁠

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients in slow heat until creamy, add toppings and enjoy
