We love this pretty and delicious berries parfait. Adding protein to your yogurt and topping it with your favourite granola is a clever hack for a healthy dessert that you can have for breakfast or even for after meals. Because we also eat with our eyes, we would strongly recommend putting in a little more effort with this easy-to-make recipe to layer it up beautifully in a clear glass.
- 125g Coconut mixberry yogurt - we used @CocosOrganic
- 1 tbsp Pureblend
- 1 tsp Strawberry jam
- 3 tbsp Granola - we used @VerenasKitchen Goji Beet Heaven
- Fresh strawberries
- In a small bowl mix the coconut yogurt, Pureblend and strawberry jam, make sure there are no lumps.
- You can add the granola on top or layer this cream in a glass with extra jam and granola. Enjoy!
