- 3 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 1 scoop of Performance vanilla protein
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- A handful of oats
- A generous splash of almond or coconut milk
- Mix everything in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge, ideally overnight, or for 30 mins to thicken up.
- Top with fresh fruit, nut butter and granola
