  • 3 tbsp coconut yogurt⁠
  • 1 scoop of Performance vanilla protein⁠
  • 4 tbsp chia seeds⁠
  • A handful of oats⁠
  • A generous splash of almond or coconut milk


  1. Mix everything in a bowl or jar and place in the fridge, ideally overnight, or for 30 mins to thicken up.
  2. Top with fresh fruit, nut butter and granola
