A good chia pudding all comes down to trial and error. After all, one person’s slimy is another one’s heaven. Once you’ve nailed that, it’s all down to your flavours, and that’s where our mouth-watering protein comes into play.
Combine as we have done here with a teaspoon of raw cacao and the intriguing addition of psyllium husk, a fiber made from the husks of the Plantago Ovata plant’s seeds that’s brilliant for digestive health.
- 200ml Oat milk
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp Performance Chocolate Hazelnut/Chocolate Peanut/Tiramisu or Superblend Chocolate Salted Caramel/Chocolate Peanut
- 1 tsp Cacao powder
- 1 tsp Psyllium husk
- For a smoother texture and nicer appearance, blend all ingredients in a blender, pour into a container, place it in the fridge for at least two hours, top with your favourites and enjoy!
