Crunchy Banoffee Smoothie
This recipe has been developed by Plant-based & Sustainable Chef, Max La Manna and it is a delicious way of trying our Performance Banoffee flavour if you haven’t yet given it a go.
Pro tip: Add the cacao nibs after the other ingredients and blend for a few seconds to enjoy a crunchy texture in the smoothie.
Ingredients
- 300ml Cashew milk
- 40g Performance Banoffee (also works well with Performance or Superblend Vanilla)
- 100g Frozen Ripe banana
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Cacao nibs
- 3 Ice cubes
- Pinch of salt
- Cacao nibs
- Roasted peanuts
- Dark chocolate spread
Instructions
