This recipe has been developed by Plant-based & Sustainable Chef, Max La Manna and it is a delicious way of trying our Performance Banoffee flavour if you haven’t yet given it a go.

Pro tip: Add the cacao nibs after the other ingredients and blend for a few seconds to enjoy a crunchy texture in the smoothie.


  • 300ml Cashew milk
  • 40g Performance Banoffee (also works well with Performance or Superblend Vanilla)
  • 100g Frozen Ripe banana 
  • 1 tbsp Peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp Cacao nibs
  • 3 Ice cubes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Cacao nibs
  • Roasted peanuts
  • Dark chocolate spread
