Bursting with fresh summer flavours, this green smoothie bowl is the ultimate get-up-and-go fuel, featuring Form’s flavourless protein Pureblend, along with an endless cast of health-boosting foods including avocados, ginger, and fatigue-busting matcha.
- 200g frozen avocado
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup frozen kiwi
- ½ cup green grapes
- 1 frozen banana
- 2 tbsp Pureblend (also works with Superblend or Performance)
- 2 tsp fresh ginger
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 tsp matcha
- 5 tbsp almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blend all the frozen fruit, mint leaves, and ginger in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, whisk together the protein powder, matcha, vanilla extract, and almond milk until well combined forming a paste.
- Add the protein and matcha paste to the blender, then mix and blend one more time. Serve with granola and some lime zest. Enjoy!
