Vanilla & Cacao Protein Smoothie
This vanilla & cacao protein smoothie is simple, yet classic. It can be the perfect pick-me-up post-workout or the solution to the insatiable sweet tooth. In order to make it your own, pick your favourite nut butter (we love almond!) and plant-based milk. You can even add some spinach to increase your iron intake or a banana to increase potassium. This particular blend is courtesy of Georgie Holt , using 1 scoop of our Performance blend to add 15g of protein and all 9 essential amino acids.
- 1 scoop Form Performance Protein Vanilla
- 300ml plant-based milk
- 1tbsp nut butter
- 1 date
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- 1tsp cacao powder
