Who doesn’t like the great taste of banoffee? Naturally, once our plant-based Superblend Protein had been formulated in its toffee flavour, we were quick to adapt a banana-based shake to recreate this much-loved dessert.
The optimal result for this Vegan Banoffee Shake turned out to be a relatively simple mix of half a banana, protein powder, cashew nut butter and your go-to plant milk (Rebel Kitchen semi-skimmed works particularly well!).
For a creamier consistency, lose the water and opt for 250ml of plant milk, and a whole banana instead of half.
- 150ml plant milk of choice
- 100ml water
- 2 tbsp Form toffee Superblend Protein
- ½ banana
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 3 ice cube
