I’ve been taking protein shakes/powders for close to 13 years, and specifically vegan protein since 2018. This is one the best powders I have come across.
I take this post work-out in the afternoon/evenings. I go for the Tiramasu flavour as the density the chocolate provides sits better with me, the coffee aroma is also an added bonus! The taste is great, slightly sweet but you get used to it for sure. I don’t feel bloated but feel satiated / refueled after a workout!

I love the tiramisu flavor. This protein is easy to digest and so fun to incorporate in different recipes like pancakes, energy balls, cookies, etc.
As a non-vegan with a slight lactose indolence I am constantly comparing vegan proteins to clear whey isolate ones – taste wise. And can safely say Banoffee flavour is hands down the best tasting vegan protein I have ever had.
Best of all you don’t need to mix it with milk, just water and still get the maximum taste. Meaning its also my go to protein on trips as I don’t need to find lactose free milk at 11pm in a hotel room post conference (which always seem to be in the middle of nowhere) when I am peckish.

Form is by far the plant based protein powder I have found that is well-balanced, supports strength and endurance training and actually tastes good! We add the Performance Vanilla one, Superblend or Pureblend to all of our post-workout smoothies.

I can’t tolerate whey protein so thought I’d give this a try based on the reviews. I bought the chocolate peanut flavour and made my regular overnight oats with it. Unfortunately it was disgusting – I choked down one portion but threw out the rest. I hate to waste food & I’m not a fussy eater but this neither tasted of chocolate nor peanut.

Please note we don’t recommend adding a full serving of protein into overnight oats recipes as the taste would be overpowering, we only recommend adding in about 1 tbsp per serving into porridge/overnight oats recipes. You will be able to find all our recipes on our recipe page here. If you filter the ingredients to Oats, you will see a number of porridge/overnight oats recipes with ratios that we recommend to get the best results. I hope that helps.
