I did a lot of research before I settled on Form. Because I do not have a sweet tooth I reached out for advice and received a very thorough and thoughtful email about how I might manage this. I’m only just beginning to explore how many ways I can use pure blend but so far I am extremely happy with it. I mix it with a non dairy milk and I’m quite happy to drink that as it is because the milk is slightly sweet, but I usually mix it about 70/30 with the choc/hazelnut powder. It’s perfect like that for me. I also add it to just about everything else I eat if I need to. It’s so easy and I am pleased to have found this product. Almost every product I have looked at is sweetened and I can’t understand why? I can’t be the only one without a sweet tooth?! Aside from the taste, I have found that finally I recover from my strength training quickly. Something I was struggling with. I lift weights 3 times/ week and do yoga and flexibility work in between. I found that my recovery was sometimes very difficult and I was exhausted. This has helped me nourish my body in order to aid recovery and muscle gain and of course, I can trust that it is tested and certified to be free from the usual contaminants found in many protein powders.

I am convinced that this is the best and healthiest protein powder out there. It is easy to digest and not heavy at all all. Feel fit after drinking it and ready for my workouts. It is a bit too sweet so I mix 50/50 flavoured and non-flavoured protein powder.

This is my first time trying protein powder. Its easy to digest and mix but I do find it chalky and I don’t like the way it changes the flavor of my smoothie. Its unflavored but my smoothie doesn’t taste the same as usual! I’m not sure if I’m adding too much or if I’ve got the ratio wrong – this I need some recipe inspiration! I’ve tried mixing with yogurt but found that very unpleasant. So, so far, I’m not sure! Maybe I should try the flavored.

For a smoother blend, try reducing the amount of powder or adding more liquid to your smoothie. You could also experiment with flavored options, which might complement your recipes better. I bought this protein to use it on cooking recipes when I need something with no flavour. I only tried it once and it worked really well so far, no lumps or strong taste.
