Bacopa Monnieri
We’ve included the highest purity Bacopa Monnieri. This herb, native to Southern India, is traditionally used in Ayurveda and has demonstrated memory improvement1 and anxiety reduction2 properties.
Alpha GPC
There’s also an effective dose of Alpha GPC, a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, studies have shown this to improve attention3 and protect against cognitive decline4.
Ginkgo Biloba and Phosphatidylserine
Ginkgo Biloba5, used in traditional Chinese medicine, and the essential lipid compound Phosphatidylserine6 round off the formula.

I’ve been taking the edge capsules in the morning with the form shakes post workouts, they have genuinely helped my performance and reduced my recovery time.
I’m a 53 year old NHS paramedic and try to balance my training and work life.
Sometimes I have to get my training in at 0430 hrs before a 0700 hr start. I have struggled in the past. I’m now flying!
I’m also using the ZZZZ product which has been a great help and definitely enhanced my sleep.

I have been taking these for a few months now, really recommend them for increased concentration – especially has helped to eradicate the afternoon slump at work! I am quite sensitive with supplements and have found that one a day works best for me. These are very gentle. Such a great company too, it’s nice to know they are coming from a good place.

Hi Guys… again…
After noticing a significant improvement in my sleep from trying your ZZZZ supplement I decided to try your Edge Nootropic for clearer thinking.
I’ve only been experimenting with these for a couple of weeks but have noticed I’m better at organising my tasks in my mind. Sounds weird, I know, but I feel like I’m better at finishing a train of thought before starting a new one. I’m also writing down more ideas and tasks.
Now, whether this is down to these magic pills or just me being more aware of my thinking, I don’t know.
Either way, there’s been a shift for the better.

I started taking Edge supplements and using the salted caramel superblend powder a couple of weeks ago. I’ve struggled with post natal depletion since having my 3rd child 3 years ago (anaemic & generally run down / sleep problems and constant brain fog). I started with 1 a day, now taking 2 – and I’m positive that they’re having an effect-my thoughts seem more coherent for a start, which is useful when homeschooling 3 kids!
I struggled with the powder at the recommended dose – it’s very sweet for me – but am now taking 20g in a smoothie with banana, nut butter and iced water in the morning and love it. I’m full all morning and it feels clean & energising and I love the nutritional input that it’s giving me-hoping to work my pallet up to a 40g dose over time! Overall so glad to have discovered Form supplements.

In regards to the protein, definitely don’t feel the need to hit the 40g, we do have a lot of customers that use 20g at a time because hitting a specific gram of protein isn’t of highest importance. If you would like to add more protein but keep the sweetness, I highly recommend going for a 50/50 blend with our Pureblend which will dilute the sweetness and keep the protein.
