Bacopa Monnieri
We’ve included the highest purity Bacopa Monnieri. This herb, native to Southern India, is traditionally used in Ayurveda and has demonstrated memory improvement1 and anxiety reduction2 properties.
Alpha GPC
There’s also an effective dose of Alpha GPC, a precursor of the neurotransmitter acetylcholine, studies have shown this to improve attention3 and protect against cognitive decline4.
Ginkgo Biloba and Phosphatidylserine
Ginkgo Biloba5, used in traditional Chinese medicine, and the essential lipid compound Phosphatidylserine6 round off the formula.

I purchased two months supply for my Husband who has experienced poor sleep quality for 3 years since he suffered a major head trauma and brain injury. I have tried so many products and all kinds of remedies throughout this time and really nothing made any difference. I think he is just starting to feel the benefits of this particular product for sleep. Through my hours of researching products over the years to find the perfect blend and formulation at a ratio that offers higher ingredient levels than most other brands , I think this is the one we will be working with for the next few months ahead. Slowly the sleep quality is improving and the actual hours of sleep are increasing. I do believe this product has helped but will keep monitoring as this could be such a beneficial supplement for so many.

Again this was for my husband who has been recovering from a brain injury and although he has been using some of the key herbs included in this blend individually for brain function and cognition, this blend is particularly valuable because of the the selection of B Vitamins so works well to support energy, improve fatigue and. support nervous system.
Once again I am very impressed with the formulations of these products, they are extremely well crafted.
