Take part in PhD research at the University of Surrey on time-restricted eating
We’re sharing an opportunity to take part in a 4-week PhD research study at the University of Surrey, supervised by Dr Adam Collins (Form’s Head of Nutrition), investigating the effects of time-restricted eating (TRE) on eating behaviours in vegans and omnivores.
With the growing popularity of TRE and plant-based diets, this research aims to explore how engaging in time-restricted eating may change habitual eating behaviours, whether these changes differ between vegans and omnivores, and any potential changes in weight and body composition that may result from following this eating pattern for one month.

Following a time-restricted eating window of 12:00pm – 8:00pm, 6 days per week, for 4 weeks
-
Completing a 3-day food diary and a short questionnaire:
-
At baseline
-
During week 2
-
During the final week
-
-
Remote participation is available, with optional in-person measurements for eligible participants
